  • Book your 7-day stay between April 3, 2023, and June 3, 2023.
  • Provide a 100% refundable challenge fee of $2,200. (Prorated monthly fee)
  • Provide an emergency contact who can arrive at Lake Falls within three (3) hours or less.
  • Bring casual attire, athletic attire, and formal attire, if desired.
  • Bring the proper amount of medication to cover your stay.
  • Bring any medical equipment or devices you normally use at home.
