  Coach Maurice Livingston, head coach of the Los Angeles Lightning, stands in the center of the locker room holding a football like a newborn baby in his left arm.  The team is trailing in the World Championship Game at halftime, 26-3. Most of the players sit in chairs surrounding the coach. Other players stand outside the circle with the coaching staff.  Everyone looks sad and dejected awaiting the words from their coach.
